Our passion for a healthy work-life balance was a natural, well, fit for Tri Fit, a corporate wellness client that develops programs for some of Canada’s biggest brands. Following a social media audit, we had fun designing their social strategy, and developing a playbook, allowing Tri Fit to roll out a company-wide social program, complete with guidelines, so all employees could participate. Whether it’s about the ‘showerless’ workout or how to reduce your amount of sugar intake, we share engaging content through media relations and social media.
